1 - Applicability of these Terms and Conditions 

• These terms and conditions govern all offers, proposals, and assignments between Massimo Gelato and you (the customer).  
• An assignment is considered established once the customer consents to the service. 

 2 - Services Provided  

• We offer a variety of Italian gelato, coffee and pastry products and related services.  
• All products are subject to availability and may change without notice. 

 3 - Pricing and Payment  

• All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes.  
• Payment must be made at the time of purchase via debit card, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.  
• If payment is made after invoicing, the customer must pay within fourteen days of the invoice date. If the customer fails to pay on time, they will be considered in default and will owe Massimo Gelato all extrajudicial costs. 
• Massimo Gelato does not accept cash payments.

 4 - Refunds and Returns  

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.   
• Contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order. 

 5 - Health and Safety  

• We adhere to strict health and safety regulations.  
• If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, you must inform our staff before placing your order. 

 6 - Proposals and Offers  

• All our offers and proposals are non-binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. 
• Each offer or proposal pertains solely to the specified assignment and does not extend to future assignments.  
• If the client supplies us with information, we will assume the accuracy of the information provided and base the proposal on it. 

 7 - Execution of the Assignment 

• Massimo Gelato will perform the assignment to the best of its knowledge and abilities, adhering to professional standards. 
• The customer must provide Massimo Gelato with all necessary information or materials in a timely manner for the execution of the assignment. 
• If the customer fails to provide the required information or materials on time, Massimo Gelato may suspend the assignment and charge for any additional costs incurred due to the delay. Massimo Gelato is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. 

 8 - Changes in the assignment 

• If it becomes necessary to modify the assignment, both parties will negotiate the required changes and agree on them in writing. 
• If the parties agree to alter the assignment, Massimo Gelato may adjust the price accordingly. The execution time may also change with the modification of the assignment. The customer agrees to the possibility of changes to the assignment, pricing, and execution time. 
• Massimo Gelato may refuse a customer's request to change the assignment if such changes could negatively impact the quality or quantity of the activities. 

 9 - Suspension or Dissolution of the assignment 

• M may temporarily suspend the execution of activities if compliance is prevented by force majeure. 
• If the execution of the assignment becomes permanently impossible, both parties may cancel the unfulfilled portion of the assignment. 
• Massimo Gelato may suspend or cancel the assignment if the customer fails to meet their obligations, whether partially, completely, or on time. In such cases, the customer shall compensate M for any resulting damages. 

 10 - Privacy Policy  

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.  
• You can refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. 

 11 - Liability  

• Massimo Gelato is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services nor for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. 
• Massimo Gelato's liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. 

 12 - Changes to Terms  

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.  
• Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

13 - Governing Law  

• These terms and conditions are governed by the Dutch laws.  
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam. 

1. Registration and Payment

• Process: Participants must register via the official registration link.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Entries are not confirmed until funds are received.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Organizer Cancellation: If the workshop is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% refund.

• Participant Cancellation: * Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.

3. Content and Schedule

• Modifications: The organizer reserves the right to modify the workshop content or schedule as necessary to ensure the best experience.

• Notification: Participants will be notified promptly of any significant changes via the contact information provided during registration.

4. Participant Conduct

• Expectations: Professional and respectful behavior is required at all times.

• Removal: The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event or behaves inappropriately, without a refund.

5. Liability and Safety

• Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

• Disclaimer: The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All materials (presentations, handouts, digital content) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the organizer.

• Usage: Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data

• Data Use: Personal information is collected solely for workshop administration.

• Third Parties: Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Photography and Recording

• Media Capture: The organizer may take photos or video for promotional purposes.

• Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the organizer in writing prior to the event.
