1 - Applicability of these Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions govern all offers, proposals, and assignments between Massimo Gelato and you (the customer).
• An assignment is considered established once the customer consents to the service.

2 - Services Provided

• We offer a variety of Italian gelato, coffee and pastry products and related services.
• All products are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3 - Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made at the time of purchase via debit card, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
• If payment is made after invoicing, the customer must pay within fourteen days of the invoice date.
• Massimo Gelato does not accept cash payments.

4 - Refunds and Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

5 - Health and Safety

• We adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
• If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, you must inform our staff before placing your order.

6 - Proposals and Offers

• All our offers and proposals are non-binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Each offer or proposal pertains solely to the specified assignment.
• If the client supplies information, we assume its accuracy.

7 - Execution of the Assignment

• Massimo Gelato will perform the assignment to the best of its abilities.
• The customer must provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
• Delays caused by missing information may result in additional costs.

8 - Changes in the Assignment

• Changes must be agreed upon in writing.
• Prices and execution time may change accordingly.
• Massimo Gelato may refuse changes that affect quality or quantity.

9 - Suspension or Dissolution

• Execution may be suspended due to force majeure.
• Assignments may be canceled if execution becomes impossible.
• Failure to meet obligations may result in suspension or cancellation.

11 - Liability

• Massimo Gelato is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

12 - Changes to Terms

• Dutch law applies.
• Disputes are handled by the courts of Amsterdam.

1. Registration and Payment

• Participants must register via the official registration link.
• Full payment is required at registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Organizer cancellation results in a full refund.
• Cancellations 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.
• Later cancellations are non-refundable.

3. Content and Schedule

• Content or schedule may be modified if needed.
• Participants will be notified of major changes.

4. Participant Conduct

• Professional behavior is required.
• Disruptive participants may be removed without refund.

5. Liability and Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own safety.
• The organizer is not liable for injury or loss.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials remain property of the organizer.
• Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data

• Data is used solely for workshop administration.
• Data is not shared without consent.

8. Photography and Recording

• Photos and videos may be taken for promotion.
• You may opt out in writing before the event.
